Research Publication Support
We provide procedural and administrative support to individuals
who wish to present their research findings in an academic form.
Individuals who are not affiliated with a university or research
institution can, in principle, present their research findings in
academic venues, provided that the appropriate procedures are
followed. In practice, however, procedural barriers — selecting a
venue, obtaining research ethics review, and operating submission
systems — often prevent this.
Our support is intended to remove these procedural barriers.
Research Publication Support
We are not involved in the substance of the research itself.
The conception, design, conduct, data collection, analysis, and writing of a manuscript are carried out entirely by the researcher.
Our role is limited to administrative and procedural support in that process.
Accordingly, the fact that a researcher has received our support does not constitute any assurance as to the quality, accuracy, or validity of the research.

・Format checking of cover letters and required documents
・Adjustment of figure and table formats (resolution, file format, etc.)
・Tracking of submission status and deadlines
■ Category S2 — Language Support
・Review of Japanese-language expression and terminology consistency
・English editing (outsourced to an external professional editing service; we act as liaison)
・Japanese-to-English translation (outsourced to an external professional translation service; we act as liaison)

・Introduction to candidate research ethics committees
・Guidance on the documents and formats required for application
・Pre-submission check for omissions and missing attachments
・Scheduling and coordination with the review committee
※ We do not issue research ethics approval ourselves.
※ The decision on approval rests independently with the review committee.
The following are never undertaken, whether paid or unpaid.
× Writing or ghostwriting manuscripts
× Designing the research itself
× Collecting, processing, or analysing research data
× Operating submission systems on the author's behalf
× Guaranteeing publication, acceptance, or receipt
× Issuing research ethics approval
× Certifying, accrediting, or endorsing published research
× Any involvement in claims regarding the efficacy of specific products or services
No officer or member of staff of this organization will be listed as an author of a manuscript on the basis of the support provided.
Where an author wishes to refer to our support, we ask that it be stated in the Acknowledgements section, for example as follows.
The author received administrative support from【English organization name】 in preparing this manuscript for submission. The organization was not involved in the design of the study, data collection, analysis, interpretation, or the writing of this manuscript.
Whether to include such a statement is entirely at the author's discretion. We do not request it.
For the 2026 fiscal year, Research Publication Support is provided free of charge under our "Initial Support Programme."
We do not receive any fee from those we support.
The following costs, however, are borne by the individual, and we do not advance or pay them on the individual's behalf.
・Submission fees and publication charges set by the venue (including Article Processing Charges)
・Review fees set by research ethics committees
・Conference registration and membership fees
・Fees payable to external editing or translation services
・Any other costs payable to third parties
Fees applicable from the 2027 fiscal year onward will be published on this page once determined.

2. We hold an initial consultation (online, 60 minutes).
3. We confirm the scope of support and prepare a support plan.
4. Support begins.
5. After the presentation or publication is complete, and with
your consent, we may list it on this site as a support record.
